Content creator platform company Sandoll Inc. (CEO Young-ho Yun) announced on the 30th that it had carried out a volunteer activity to remove invasive plants from Cheonggyecheon Stream, as part of its ongoing commitment to the philosophy of “creating a beautiful world.”
On April 29, Sandoll employees gathered at the Cheonggyecheon Ecological School to begin the day with training related to the volunteer activity. They then moved to the lower reaches of the Cheonggyecheon Stream and nearby protected ecological zones to remove invasive plant species.
This initiative aimed to protect the urban natural environment by focusing on the removal of ecosystem-disrupting plants that have spread throughout the Cheonggyecheon area. Sandoll staff collaborated with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and related institutions to contribute to this effort.
A Sandoll representative stated, “As a company that connects people and the world through fonts, Sandoll continues to uphold the philosophy of ‘creating a beautiful world’ through various social contribution initiatives,” adding, “We will continue to pursue ongoing efforts to create positive change in the community and the environment.”
